ODDLEY’S WORKBENCH™

A leadership workspace built around your company’s goals.

Workbench brings strategy, customer relationships, sales, finance, signals, decisions, processes and resources together into one leadership whole. When goals, the grounds for decisions and execution are connected, management can see whether growth, profitability, customer work and capacity are pulling in the same direction.

WHAT IT DOES

Goals, situational picture, decisions and work in one workspace.

Sales and finance

Sales and customers

A shared view of customer relationships, contacts and agreed next steps is combined with sales targets, the proposal pipeline and forecasts. Oddley helps you prepare for customer meetings and plan the next steps.

Finance

Actuals, budgeting, financial planning and forecasts to support shared decision-making. Review the income statement and balance sheet, and the conditions for growth and profitability.

Use cases

Strategy and decisions

Strategy and goals

Shared direction, goals, metrics and responsibilities. Strategy formulation and execution follow-up connect long-term choices to everyday management.

Situational picture and follow-up

A shared situational picture and a monthly review show how goals and results are progressing. Deviations and matters that need handling are raised for management to review.

Signals and foresight

Identify changes in the operating environment and assess what they mean for your company. Structure drivers of change, hypotheses and scenarios as a basis for future choices.

Leadership sparring and decision analysis

Challenge assumptions and compare options, risks and effects. Oddley supports thinking and prepares proposals; management assesses and decides.

Use cases

Processes and resources

Processes and AHR

Describe processes and flowcharts, and assess workload, capacity and skills. AHR helps compare the division of work between people, AI agents and external services, as well as future organisational models.

Use cases

Projects and execution

Projects and portfolio management

Bring projects and development initiatives together in a shared portfolio and link them to goals. Responsibilities, schedule, budget, resource allocations, risks and status help you prioritise and review progress together.

Meetings and decisions

From preparation to draft minutes for review, decisions and assigned actions. Agreed responsibilities, deadlines and follow-up keep decisions part of everyday work.

Board work

Management’s preparation, meeting materials published to the board, approval of minutes and follow-up of decisions. The board’s policies connect to assigned implementation and the assessment of progress.

HOW IT WORKS

From a question to a view and a decision.

  1. Say what you want to find out

Speak or type your question in your own words, for example what a delivery that moves does to cash.

  2. Oddley gathers what matters

The views relevant to the matter come together in one workspace, with figures, assumptions and open questions kept apart.

  3. You assess and decide

Compare options, edit the draft and take the matter forward for handling. The decision and responsibility stay with people.

A WORKSPACE THAT ADAPTS TO YOUR NEEDS

Say what you want to achieve.

Example request to Oddley

“Order processing is backing up. Where is the delay coming from, and how does it show in our cash?”

Brought together in one workspace
  • Orders
  • Cash
  • Division of work

When order processing backs up, ask Oddley to find out where the delay comes from and how it shows in your cash. In the same workspace, you can assess a new division of work and prepare the matter for the management team.

Speak or type what you want to find out. Oddley brings the views relevant to the matter together in one workspace, such as orders, cash and the division of work. You assess, edit and decide.

The Workbench user interface is currently in Finnish.

GETTING STARTED

Start with your most important need.

Workbench is a leadership workspace that can be purchased on its own. The packages define the content; guided onboarding is agreed separately.

  1. Choose the most important question

In a conversation, we define the leadership question to address first.

  2. Agree on the scope

Choose the right package and any add-ons you need, and agree on the content of onboarding.

  3. Guided onboarding

Basic settings, goals, user rights, imports and training, followed by the first joint review.
