Which package includes customer management? +
Customer management is included in the Standard and Pro packages. It brings together the situational picture of each customer relationship, contacts and agreed next steps. Oddley helps you prepare for customer meetings and plan the next steps. Connectors to external systems are agreed separately.
Do we need a finished strategy before we start? +
No. The starting point can be a growth bottleneck, improving profitability or a need to clarify leadership. Onboarding defines the first question to solve, the goals and the follow-up.
Can we start with a limited scope? +
Yes. Light, Standard and Pro are ready-made starting points. Custom is built from the modules and features you need, and it can be narrower or broader than a ready-made package.
What does Oddley do, and what is management responsible for? +
Oddley helps gather and structure permitted information, challenge assumptions, compare options and prepare proposals. People check the information, approve changes and make the decisions. Assumptions and uncertainties in calculations are kept visible.
What does onboarding include? +
Onboarding for Light covers basic settings, the first goals and metrics, responsibilities, agreed standard imports, an introduction and the first management review. Standard adds one limited sales and financial planning workflow and the first forecast. Pro adds one limited process, workforce or operating model case.
Which package includes board work? +
Board work is included in the Light package and therefore also in Standard and Pro. It covers meeting preparation, meeting materials published separately to the board, approval of minutes and decision follow-up with access rights. Board work is in a development pilot, and its availability is confirmed individually.
How is AI use limited? +
An AI credit is Workbench’s unit of use; a single action can use several credits. Monthly credits are shared across the organisation, and use is monitored. Unlimited AI use or a set number of chat messages is not promised.
Can Workbench be connected to our current systems? +
Data can be brought in through supported standard imports that you review. Automatic connectors are assessed based on your systems and needs, and their onboarding is agreed separately. A connection is opened only with agreed rights.
What is included in the service, and what is agreed separately? +
The service includes user support, maintenance, updates and the package features within the agreed limits of use. Connectors, customer-specific development and personal expert work are agreed separately.
